Leadership & Careers in Sport is an immersive program designed for teens who are passionate about sports and curious about how that passion can translate into meaningful leadership skills and real-world career pathways. This experience goes far beyond athletic performance, focusing on how sports shape leaders — and how leadership, communication, and professionalism are essential across the sports industry.
What Makes This Sports and Job Readiness Program Different:
Throughout the program, students develop core leadership competencies such as teamwork, accountability, confidence, decision-making, and effective communication. Using sports as a real-world classroom, participants learn how these skills apply both on and off the field, preparing them for success in school, future careers, and life beyond athletics.
Students also gain valuable insight into the wide range of careers available in sports, including playing, coaching, management, marketing, operations, analytics, media, and sports medicine. Through guest speakers,guided discussions, hands-on activities, and real-world examples, students explore how the sports industry functions and what it takes to pursue different professional paths within it.

- Coaching, management, marketing, media, analytics, operations, and
- Understanding how sports function as a business

Ignite her game consists of instructor-led sessions with small group sizes, clear daily schedules and goals, and a focus on respectful learning.
