Our programs are designed to build confidence and provide individuals with the skills they need to successfully transition into the workforce or entrepreneurship.Our programs combine hands-on activities, mentorship, coaching and real-world skills in a structured, supportive environment.
Ignite is built by the same team behind Flashpoint Training — an Ontario-based organization trusted by schools to deliver in-school SHSM programming. We work with over 40 School boards across Ontario and teach thousands of students each year. Now we are bringing those programs to individuals, employment agencies and communities to help foster stronger career outcomes and fast-track employability.

Meet the Bots, Beat the Bots™ is a practical, career-focused workshop designed to help job seekers understand how AI is transforming hiring and recruitment. Participants learn how Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), AI-powered resume screening tools, and automated hiring platforms work—and how to optimize resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and job applications to stand out. This hands-on course equips job seekers with the skills to navigate modern recruitment technology, increase interview opportunities, and confidently compete in an AI-driven job market.
