The Foundations of Cybersecurity and Ethical Hacking Foundations Summer Program is a hands-on technology program that introduces students to how cybersecurity professionals analyze systems, identify risks, and respond to security incidents.

This is not a coding class. This is a class where students learn not just how cyberexperts work in a team environment, but real world techniques tool and strategies for dealing with cyber issues. They will:
- Network with real professionals from cybersecurity firms
- Learn how to identify, communicate and analyze complex problems in a team environment
- Through guided case studies, simulations, and team-based problem-solving, students practice diagnostic thinking, impact assessment, and professional communication in realistic cybersecurity scenarios.
- Students develop an understanding of systems architecture, security risks, and incident response processes.
- Learn how to evaluate scope and severity, prioritize responses, and clearly communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

A Typical Day in Foundations of Cybersecurity & Ethical Hacking
Foundations of CyberSecurity and Ethical Hacking will teach students how to approach problems in a multi-disciplinary team and to learn the strategies, tools and techniques used by real professionals to protect sensitive information and networks.
