The program begins by introducing students to the wide range of healthcare pathways available, helping them understand the roles, responsibilities, and education routes across modern medical teams. Students gain clarity on how different careers—from physicians and nurses to physician assistants, researchers, public health professionals, and allied health specialists—work together to support patient care and health outcomes. Students practice documenting observations, explaining findings clearly, and presenting ideas through both written and verbal communication while working collaboratively in teams.
